Edit a Contact

Editing a Contact in ReviewStream allows you to update customer details such as name, email, or phone number.
Keeping contact information accurate ensures your review invitations are delivered successfully.

Step-by-Step Instructions​

1. Go to "Contacts" In The Left-Hand Navigation​

In the left-hand navigation, select "Contacts" to open your customer list.

2. Locate the Contact You Want to Edit​

Scroll through your contact list to find the customer you’d like to update.

3. Click the "Edit" Icon​

On the right-hand side of the contact row, click the pencil/edit icon to open the edit form.

4. Update Contact Information​

Modify the customer’s details as needed:

  • Name (first & last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Address
  • City, State, Zip
  • Email/Text Communication Methods

5. Save Changes​

Once you’ve updated the information, click Save.
The contact’s details will now be refreshed in your list and ready for use in campaigns.

💡 Tips​

  • Use the search bar to quickly locate contacts before editing.
  • Keep emails and phone numbers up to date to avoid delivery issues.
  • If a customer requests to change their contact method, update it here right away.
