Add a Contact

A Contact in ReviewStream represents a customer you’d like to reach out to for reviews.
Contacts store important details such as name, email, and phone number, and can be added one by one or in bulk.


Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Select "Contacts" In The Left-Hand Navigation

In the left-hand navigation, select "Contacts" to open your customer list.

2. Click the "Add Contact” Button

At the top-right corner of the page, click the “Add Contact” button.

3. Enter Contact Details

Fill in your customer’s details:

  • Name (first & last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional, but needed if you’ll send text invitations)
  • Address
  • City, State, Zip
  • Email/Text Communication Methods

4. Save the Contact

Once you’ve entered all required information, click Save.
Your new contact will now appear in the list and is ready to be included in campaigns.

💡 Tips

  • Always double-check emails and phone numbers before saving.
  • Use CSV import if you’re working with a large customer list.
  • Keep contacts updated to avoid sending review requests to old or invalid information.
