➕ Edit a Template

Adding a Campaign in ReviewStream allows you to schedule and send review invitations in bulk using a saved template.
📧 Use campaigns to follow up with selected customers via email or 📱 text and boost your review response rates.

📝 Step-by-Step Instructions​

1️⃣ Go to the Campaigns Page​

Navigate to the Campaigns section of the app.
📂 You can find it in the main sidebar or by visiting the Campaigns page.

2️⃣ Click “Add Campaign” Button​

You’ll see a list of all currently active campaigns for your account.
🆕 Click the “Add Campaign” button to create a new one.

3️⃣ Name Your Campaign​

Assign a descriptive name to your campaign to help you identify it later—
for example:

  • 🛠️ “Post-Service Follow-Up”
  • 📊 “Q4 Bulk Outreach”
  • 🎟️ “Workshop Attendees”

This name is for internal use only and will not be shown to your customers.

4️⃣ Select a Template​

Choose from your saved Email or SMS templates.
✉️ This determines the message your customers will receive.
