How to Edit a Product Giveaway

A Product Giveaway in ReviewStream is a physical item (such as a hat or a coffee mug) that you give away, free of charge, to your respondent for providing their review on your product or service.

Unlike a coupon giveaway or an eGift giveaway, Product Giveaways are a physical item that require shipping.

Step-by-Step Instructions​

Find The Product Giveaway You'd Like To Edit​

On the Giveaways page of your ReviewStream account, locate the product giveaway you would like to edit, then click the Pencil icon.

To edit your product giveaway name, locate the "Giveaway Name" section

Edit Product Giveaway Image​

If you would like to update your product giveaway image, locate the "Giveaway Image" section and click the "Choose File" button. From here, select the new image you would like to upload.

Edit Product Giveaway Description​

If you would like to edit your product giveaway description, locate the "Giveaway Description" section and modify the contents of the description as you see fit. This value will be shown to your respondent, so be sure to add something that properly describes this product giveaway.

Edit Product Giveaway SKU Value​

If you would like to edit your product giveaway SKU value, locate the "Giveaway SKU" section and modify the value in the input field.

Click “Save”​

Once you have made your desired edits, click Save. Your business will now have the updated values.
